Rishton ke Resham is a beautiful collection of short stories written by Riffat Siraj. She is very popular writer among female urdu story readers. She has her own style of writing. Many of her novels, novelettes and short stories has been published so far. Some of them are Rishton ke Resham, Dil Diya Dehleez, Taire Lahuti, Dil Darya Tan Sahra, Gori Maan, Gulabi Kaghaz or Zard phool, khushbu ka darya, shahkar or shahre yaraN. Some of these stories are good.But I don't like how chauvinistic all her heroes are!I don't like that male chauvinistic strain in her stories, and they are too melodramatic too. However, some of them have very unique plot.
